1.Who you are dealing with

This website, shabdakruti.in, is operated by Shabdakruti Design & Publication, trading as Shabdakruti Design & Print, from Bajar Chowk, Bramhapuri, Dist. Chandrapur, Maharashtra 441206. Our GSTIN is 27GBBPS7246N1ZV.

By placing an order on this website, you accept these terms. If you are ordering for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so on its behalf.

2.What we supply

We supply custom printed products, including T-shirts, trophies, medals, bottles and diaries. Every item is printed to your specification and is produced only after you place your order.

Because each order is made specifically for you, the rules below on cancellation and returns are different from those of an ordinary online shop. Please read section 13 carefully.

3.Minimum order

We work on bulk orders. A minimum order quantity applies, and it is shown on each product page. Orders below the minimum cannot be processed through this website.

The minimum applies to the total quantity of one design, not to each size. You are free to split your quantity across different sizes within the same order.

4.Pricing and GST

Prices are shown per piece and reduce as your quantity increases. The rate that applies to your order is worked out automatically at checkout, based on the total quantity you order.

Prices shown on the website are exclusive of GST. GST is calculated and added at checkout, and is shown clearly before you pay.

We may change our prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the moment you place it.

5.How an order is confirmed

Placing an order on the website is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed only when both of the following have happened:

• We have received your payment, and
• You have approved the design mockup we send you

Until both are complete, we treat your order as an enquiry. We may decline any order, and if we do, we will refund anything you have paid in full.

6.Your logo and artwork

We are not responsible for any claim arising out of artwork you supply. If a third party brings a claim against us because of artwork you provided, you agree to be responsible for it.

We may refuse to print any artwork that we believe infringes someone else's rights, or that is offensive, obscene, illegal or otherwise objectionable. If we refuse for this reason, we will tell you and refund your payment.

File quality

We accept PNG, PDF and JPEG files. Print quality depends on the quality of the file you send. If your file is low resolution, we will tell you before printing, but if you ask us to proceed anyway, we cannot accept responsibility for a blurred or pixelated result.

7.Logo design service

If you do not have a logo, our in-house design team can create one for you. You give us your business name, what you do, and any style or colour preference, and we send you designs on WhatsApp.

Two rounds of revision are included. Further revisions may be charged. We will always tell you before any charge applies.

Once you have paid for your order and approved the final design, the logo is yours to use as you wish. We may show it in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

8.Mockup approval

Before printing begins, we send you a digital mockup showing how your logo will appear on the product, in the position and size you selected.

Please check the mockup carefully, including the spelling of any names or text. We print exactly what is approved.

9.Colours and sizes

We photograph our actual stock, but colours can look different on different screens and under different lighting. A small variation between what you see on screen and the product you receive is normal and is not a defect.

A size chart with measurements in inches is shown on each product page. Please check it before ordering. In garment manufacturing a variation of up to half an inch is normal and is not a defect.

10.Payment

Payments on this website are processed by Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets.

Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Production does not begin until payment has cleared and the mockup has been approved.

We do not store your card, UPI or banking details at any point. Please see our Privacy Policy for more on this.

11.Invoice and GST credit

A GST invoice is issued for every order. If you want your company's GSTIN shown on the invoice so you can claim input tax credit, please enter it at checkout.

12.Delivery

Full details of production time, delivery time and shipping charges are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery timelines are estimates given in good faith. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, transport strikes or other events outside our control are not our responsibility, although we will always help you track and follow up on a delayed order.

13.Cancellation and refunds

Because every item is customised with your artwork and cannot be resold to anyone else, our cancellation and return rules are stricter than those of an ordinary online shop.

14.Limits on our liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, loss of profit, or losses arising because goods did not arrive in time for an event. If your order is for a fixed date, please tell us before ordering so we can confirm whether it is possible.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.

15.Using this website

The content of this website, including our own text, photographs, designs and logo, belongs to us. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

You agree not to use this website to place fraudulent orders, to upload harmful files, or to interfere with its operation in any way.

16.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chandrapur, Maharashtra.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you placed it.
